Pros

you have awesome online databases to work from. Great computer access to anything you will need because you will Not have a leader/manager/trainer work with you- at all.

Cons

You will train yourself and you will work as many hours as it takes to do so. You will work 60 hour weeks and not take lunch breaks and not be allowed to use vacation time because your caseload is too high to step away- at all. You will login from home when you are sick and you will keep on top of your work or you will be in trouble. Do not get sick. Do not have a family. Do not have any hobbies outside of work. ps No reception or secretaries so congratulation s adjuster's on answering phones non-stop with no assistance from the manager who plays on her cell phone instead of offering you a hand- Make sure your numbers make her look good. Leaving as soon as I find another job but my time to job hunt is drastically reduced due to long hours.

Equipment provided. Permanent positions. Low Turnover. Lots of available resources. Benefits the date of hire.

Cons

Strict attendance policy. You are faulted for phone/internet/power issues. This can cause you to move up the ranks in the disciplinary process pretty fast.
