Pros
Tons of PTO. The hours and dress code can be somewhat flexible depending on the client. My teammates are all nice people.
Cons
Don't plan on taking any of the PTO. Everyone is overworked. Work piles up if you're out and then you have to work that much harder to try to get caught back up. The pay is the lowest in the industry. If you work hard enough to get promoted to a higher position you can expect that as a reason for the company to not give you a merit increase the following year. This place is a revolving door and you will constantly see new faces which means you have to constantly train new people. The benefits have continuously gone down in the years I've been here. This year I essentially took a pay cut to keep somewhat decent insurance.
