Pros
The benefits are fantastic. Many, including a few counseling sessions, are included at no cost to you. There are also better pre- and post-tax benefits than I've had at any other job. That's a big part of why I took a pay cut to come here.
Cons
There's a lot of turnover and you man a busy desk. Cube environment makes it distracting for some employees. And the pay is low for the industry, but I feel the benefits make up for it.
