      Pros

      The HR staff is super professional and pleasant to deal with. There are location in many places.

      Cons

      The managers and team leaders overall lack the management skills to supervise. Policies are not followed across the board and between accounts. Certain accounts are incredibly stressful and choose not to fully staff.

      Pros

      Good opportunity to learn the industry, especially for recent college grads. Regular salary increases while in the IAP program as long as you are meeting your goals. The schedule is flexible.

      Cons

      The job can be very stressful, especially with the volume of work you are assigned. There are a lot of reports/reviews that need to be done on top of your caseload.

      Pros

      Not a single one Ask anyone who works there - I am unaware of ANYONE in my time there that recommended or brought a friends resume to any of management team's attention(s).

      Cons

      Infinite - but the biggest is the Senior Management is there due to nepotism or friendship - absolutely NOT due to talent OH and if you like an unprofessional office space - get some ink - stop bathing. Every day there is like waiting back stage at a JERRY SPRINGER taping.
