Pros

Excellent amount of PTO hours given and the benefits given are top notch. Employees are off every Saturday and Sunday making it nice to be able to spend time with family

Cons

Lack of creativity on schedules available, PTO hours are given but very difficult for getting approved, required to use PTO hours if calling out of work, severe lack of employment opportunities if you are in the SCR environment in a call center.
