      Generous PTO, good systems, opportunites for growth, some reasonable clients and some decent managers

      Cons

      Hard to take PTO as expectations are tremendous and tons of pressure to keep current. Salary average but workload high. "Stuff rolls down hill" and Team Leaders can make life tolerable or hell. Some team leaders/supervisors difficult to work with too often.
