Pros
Pay and benefits were decent, and the office location was conveniently located by a major highway. It was also located in an upscale office park, in a nice suburb. And there were many nice, capable people working there.
Cons
Management was heavy-handed and primarily focused on high production and audit numbers. While pushing talent to maintain high standards for quality, management often assigned examiners more work than they could handle comfortably (except for the "favored few"). . Our office always seemed to be short-staffed, due to higher than average turnover and difficulty in finding qualified candidates who wanted to work there.
