Pros

Work from home in a virtual environment and great tangible resources.

Cons

Dry, robotic, corporate fallacy and brainwash tactics brought to your sanctum. If trainer suspects you're smarter than them you're target. Also, if you are good looking refrain from sharing any images. Only the ugly, dumb and robotic are welcomed. Also be sure to not display any signs of creativity or thinking out of the box because this is mass claims processing on an indentured scale in exchange for being paid 1$ more than other wah jobs.

Pros

There are benefits. They are not the best, but they do exist and are decent.

Cons

Salary on low end. Production expectations are unrealistic and then if you work fast, but make any mistakes, you get punished with audit scores. There are few who can accomplish these demands. It's a constant, day to day feeling of stress, frustration and like you just aren't good enough. The hours are long due to the excessive demands and then you go home feeling completely spent. Work life balance? They are surely joking about that one. If you are intelligent and conscientious or if you need to have any feeling of satisfaction from your work, this is not the place for you. Training is done by other employees who are already too busy with their own work. So, you even start off on shaky ground. I'm not sure what they mean by personal growth. I feel very much like personal decline and I have never felt so depressed with my work situation. I realize that I should only speak for myself here, but honestly, most of the people that I work with have shared similar feelings with me. It's constant complaining and the complaints are valid.

Pros

Nice location, free parking. Unfortunately I really can't think of any thing else positive to say but need to meet the twenty word minimum for this post.

Cons

This company dehumanizes the sick and disabled people it is deals with. Cruel treatment of sick and disabled people is the norm here. Employees are not treated much better. Workers are treated with suspicion, disrespect and contempt. Workers who are sick or injured are subjected to intense bullying in order to get them to leave job. All sicknesses and injuries are regarded as lies on the part of the employees. Every second on the job is micro managed. I can't think of a worse company to work for. It was not something specific to the location I worked at. The attitudes and dehumanizing treatment is present company wide. Lots of employees suffer from depression and mental health issues due the cruel and aggressive manner in which they are expected to handle claimants. Employees are forced to bully claimants and are bullied in turn by management. Very sick dynamic.
