Pros

Decent benefits. 7.5 hour work days. Great location in the heart of Walnut Creek. Company pays for certification and training.

Cons

Management rules with a iron fist. Fear is what drives employees. Terrible turn over rate. Always job openings in January due to questionable practices and attempting to cut costs at the end of the year. Management throws employees under the bus to justify lack of productivity when in reality the software used is two different systems that do not communicate. I have witnessed 50% of the women in our unit cry after being belittled by management. No sense of accomplishment. Micro-management across the board. Claims Managers have multiple HR complaints made by employees over the years yet no changes have been made.

Good team environment. easy to get along with everyone and everyone is friendly and supportive. Employees are loyal to the client

Cons

no personal life. I do not believe management cares about your opinion and is more concerned with numbers then actual service to client
