      Pros

      Benefits, salary comparable, coworkers, I loved this place for many years! Social company get togethers, picnics, ice cream socials, lunches catered in some, vendors and clients often supplied lunch or treats.

      Cons

      In the event that you are faced with an unexpected medical issue, Colleague Resources is terrible. Yes you can use FMLA, STD, LTD.....but get ready to dodge employment termination letters in your mailbox every other week. Who needs this? What happened to being a valued employee? Con- claims load promised is NOT what you get, not even close.

      Pros

      Generous PTO, 401k matching. That is the extent of the advantages of working for this company. They are always in need of employees because of the high turnover so it's pretty easy to find employment there.

      Cons

      Pay below average, poor training, lack of advancement opportunity, extreme workload, understaffed, very high turnover rate, no bonuses, very small raises if any, oppressive corporate culture, lack of integrity in management
