      Amazing Benefits

      Pros

      Job security, Monday through Friday, benefits after 2 months, highest insurance is only a 800 deductible for 137 a month, highest dental with 0 deductible is only 16 a month. Has school assistance & adoption assistance. Paid holidays and an additional 21 days a year of paid time off. Easy balance of life and work. Good group of people to work with. If you work hard, have a good attitude and show you are worth it you can advance quickly. This is a job that promotes from within first and encourages it.

      Cons

      Some upper managers seem to be either lazy or uneducated. The question, 'How did they get into management?' Is common. Not with all, just a select few, or one.

      Indefinte room for advancement..competitve pay..flexible hours..ability to relocate.

      Constant change...lack/limited ongoing training...no consistency between locations.

      Pros

      I can't think of one. Maybe the amount of PTO you are given, but try to use it. The best you can do is just call in sick because the power hungry are never going to approve it.

      Cons

      If you like autonomy forget it. This does not exist here; You will be micro managed into the ground. If you want to be valued as an employee forget it. This does not exist. Only those with a middle management or higher title are valued. If you don't like sweat shops; then stay away because this is a sweat shop. But, if you say the word 'sweat shop' you will be punished for speaking the truth. If you want to work in a company with room for advancement ; then this is not the place for you.
