Pros

There are none. Colleague surveys each year result in the company's justification to take away the few perks, benefits once granted.

Cons

Low pay,nepotism, good old boy system, lack of career opportunities, additional jobs assigned outside of job description without reward or compensation.

Pros

Lots of vacation days are given.

Cons

No adequate training, Low pay, no incentives. Purely a number driven environment, no concerns for quality but quantity of closed claims is the only concern here. Office environment is very discouraging, many employees are unhappy and complain daily, management will throw you under the bus in order to seem competent in the eyes of the client.

Pros

Relatively Interesting and low- stress call center work at home environment. Very helpful tech department and few problems that were not quickly resolved. Great supervisor and overall management communication.

Cons

Must work full-time but there is enough pto to allow for some flexibility if needed.
