Pros

Top notch clients, good benefits.

Cons

High turnover. Lack of backup plans. Shoot from the hip. It is impossible to get your required workload done to standard during normal business hours. Overtime without compensation for salaried CEs & supvs. are the norm not the exception. Constantly handling another caseload when examiner or supv leaves the company, or out for dbl or vacation. Mgmt belief staff is disorganized when real problem lies with mgr and regional staff. Colleagues are afraid to speak up 'cause they will get "written up."

Pros

Great atmosphere, coworkers are always willing to help. Supervisors are usually very approachable and knowledgeable. Plenty of days off (beginning at 21 your first full year).

Cons

Very little training - you have to rely on your fellow coworkers to help you out. Never ending work.
