Pros

-Excellent benefits/ample PTO -Flex-time and work from home options (depending on your account) -Tuition/education reimbursement -Casual work environment

Cons

-The 37.5 hour work week is a myth if you're a salaried employee. -Culture of "yes" which means if the client wants it, Sedgwick says yes and case workers now have more work/details to manage without adding to the workforce or increasing compensation. -If you're coming to an already established account, you'll only get to shadow instead of receiving formal training. Can be overwhelming. -Lack of communication between departments. Customer service doesn't understand how the disability department works, no communication between disability and worker's compensation, etc. -Your personal experience will be very different depending upon which account you work for.

Pros

Vacation time, 401k with employer match

Cons

I previously worked for SRS and was part of a merger. We had no change in management and from my experience, the company as a whole is way too top heavy. No one cares about the adjusters and our daily work overload and not being able to get it done. My office is dropping like flies and no one new is coming in. The last few people who left were the newest employees

Pros

Good benefits, Work from home all the time

Cons

No room for new hires. The old team members act at their will and come to office at their will. No formal Knowledge orientation and expect you to work for 13-14 hours a day. Most of the team member do not show up to the office. Very old technologies and very unwilling to change or get organized. 1. Very old technologies 2. People seldom show up in the office, making co-ordination problems 3. very unwelcoming atmosphere to new hires. 4. No body present to answer your questions if you are a new hire and just throw some documents at you.
