Pros

Working with friendly and supportive people. Colleaugues are very helpful especially when issues arise. I had an opportunity to work with the best team. Deliverable presentation is always a fun time. Management would be very excited and may give out rewards based on impact and senior leadership team approval. I always get to know the people that I work wiith at a deeper level.

Pros

Sedgwick CMS offers a good vacation (PTO package). Your experience with Sedgwick CMS will be various depend on which account you are working. Some accounts are more demanding than others. Being a claim examiner is not an easy job, which requires a lot patience, dedications, and hard working. So, it is very important to have a good supervisor, who can make your life easy or hard. If your supervisor makes a big deal because you were late for five minutes, you probably want to re-consider.

Cons

Your workload will be high. You will have plenty of projects. You will NOT have overtime; however, your workload require you to work late. You will be in trouble if mangers find you working overtime without approval. You will ALSO be in trouble if you don’t get your work done timely. It is a definitely LOSE-LOSE situation. Salary increases are minimum although company’s revenue is going up very year. Why salary increases are getting less and less while company is doing so good? Company is cutting cost including your benefits such as higher cost for medical health insurance, but less medical benefits.
