Pros
Stable company. Do not like to terminate people. As long as you do your job, you will have a job for the most part.
Cons
Company handles Work Comp, Disability and Liability Lines. They do not make it easy for employees to move from one line to the other in terms of obtaining licensing. Your satisfaction with the company really depends on what account you work on. Many locations have a small office feel, you are limited by the relationship you establish with your immediate supervisors. You have to get past them to get anywhere in the company. There are very few perks - employees basically pay for their own Christmas parties and summer office events (once again - the quality of these things depends on your account). Also, management at the particular location I was at - never participated in the company's employee recognition program. They barely said thank you when you've gone above and beyond your normal job duties. No raises in the last 2 yrs. and cutting benefits.
