Cons

Pay is terrible, poor work life balance, workload is outrageous. Operations expects you to get a large amount of work done, however does not accommodate for any system issues. The training is sectioned into 2 parts, but not extensive at all. Overall, very trash company. Run away

Technology is decent for liability, but emphasis is on Workers' comp and Disability

Cons

Overworked and unit was disorganized. Never knew when a process change came down because team lead didn't tell us until we did it the old way. Client is king, so if they randomly decide they don't like you you're reassigned or fired.
