Pros

4 weeks vacation when you start. Benefits are decent.

Cons

This is a complex industry; learning the industry is difficult; very little help when starting with company. There is high turnover, not many people last longer that 2 years. Projects are constantly pushed on you without relief. Any slip ups will get escalated to senior management.

Pros

Advancement opportunities if you work hard and stand out. You get generous amount of time off, but have fun trying to use it.

Cons

No work life balance at all. They are "no excuses" according to management for anything. They will draw on her blood to please the client with no help and heavy caseloads. Basically, you are better off going somewhere else in the claim industry. Or, get out once you have experience. Turnover is very high. No incentives at to examiners but management gets them.
