Pros

There are no pros to working for this company.

Cons

Please do not go to work for this company. They demand huge caseloads, and refuse to pay you for the billing you produce. The demands and expectations are beyond ridiculous. No autonomy allowed here.

Pros

Remote work, I like the client I handle. Lots of general system training.

Cons

For new employees , managers should take time to make sure their expectations are clear and where to go in the system to go. Only communication from my manager is when I’m doing something wrong (that I had no idea I needed to do because I wasn’t trained). Everyone is burnt out.

Private equity owners set aggressive growth targets even during COVID19. US market saturated, so focus now is international and on acquisitions. Mismanagement has led to bad morale. Benefits eroding. Promotions, bonuses, assignments not based on performance. Very little training, professional development opportunity. Abandoned agile. Staffing inadequate for demand.
