Pros

Upbeat culture. Games. I luckily had a well-rounded supervisor.

Cons

Pay. Needlessly stressful. The customers calling in for updates are lost due to little to no direction from the decision-makers on their claims.

Pros

PTO and benefits start day 1 if hire.

Cons

I worked for the company for a total of 4 years. Two separate accounts, two toxic working environments. There are a few kind people and the company has great PTO for their employee's. Their expectations do not meet reality, as far as the work load. They truly only care about the client. They fail to realize that if they choose to take care of their employee's their clients would be taken care of. If you love your job, you perform well. In my experience on my last account specifically, where I recently separated from, my direct management was unprofessional. She hates her job, makes it known, and makes everyone's lives miserable. I have never felt so unappreciated in a career in my entire adulthood. The communication is extremely poor and the open door policy does not exist. Their motto, "one company one team" HA! More like, every man for themselves. I hope everyone I care about finds a healthier work environment because my life has changed greatly with being separated from the company for just two weeks! This just gives you a small idea of my experience. I also received my separation documents from the company 3 hours before my shift ended on the last day. I was never able to complete the exit survey. I was advised by HR that I would receive it in my personal email and that never happened. I am so thankful for my new opportunity and I hope that Sedgwick is able to figure out how to create a healthy work environment. I am sad that I worked there for as long as I did and hard as I did for what I feel like had no meaning.

Pros

Ton of PTO. Managers are pretty chill and laid back. The company is good with being able to work with you anytime you need time off on short notice. Managers are all pretty cool and fun.

Cons

Very large work loads. If you are a female and get into the "cool kids crowd" you will do great. You will get promoted and you will be very valued. Males rarely get promoted and are looked on differently. You are salaried and they are expecting you to work over 40 hours to get your work done. Pay is crap - they are pretty much just looking to get kids right out of college - work them to death for a couple years - and it repeats once that person quits. Huge turnover - I was there for about a year and a half and probably had around 20 people quit.
