Pros

Fair work life balance depend on your supervisor. I could take off suddenly for an emergency & feel like my supervisor would understand with no hassle. I worked on the Home Depot account which allowed us to work on site at THD HQ experiencing our client culture & perks such as onsite gym, cafe, & events! 100 dollar Gift cards awarded to top performers on each team

Cons

No room for growth I felt stuck & expressed interest in the senior level roles but was never considered after exceeding my goals & receiving awards. I wouldn't say it was the company but moreso the current Director who shows favoritism on who he wants to move up & when. 100% closing ratio for THD account which is sometimes impossible but expected of you!

Pros

IT has outings and happy hour. Nice co-workers. Good amount of PTO when new. A good place for an older person who is not interested in advancing to finish out a few years before retiring.

Cons

Favoritism by management as there is no formal internal promotion process, but promotion of best friends. Low pay for an IT position. We use an out of date coding language which makes it hard to transfer knowledge to companies who use modern coding. Work-life balance is non-existent, combined with low pay, a lot of turnover. I have seen very good people leave in marketing, CR, IT, over the past few months due to poor senior leadership.

Pros

Good amount of pto. No sick, or personal time. No weekends

Cons

Schedule have a 1 hr window start band. For example: 8 to 9, 10 to 11, or 11-12. Start time May vary everyday for as little as 15 mins to as much as an hr. Micromanagement is extreme. Worst year of my life, slowly began getting depressed at this job. Managers do not care of mental health. New clients are added , but pay does not reflect.
