      NONE. This is the worst company to work for.

      Cons

      I'm not really sure where to start, I wasn't sure if I should accept a job here based on previous reviews I've read. This place is miserable. You're overworked and underpaid. You're constantly stressed out and higher management loves to pat themselves on the back over false data they manipulate. Company culture doesn't exist, if you have a degree this isn't the place for you. Money isn't worth your time (trust me). No room for growth, you're just another number here.

      Pros

      Claim system very user friendly. Great paid time off program. Tuition reimbursement. Good health benefits.

      Cons

      Immature coworkers that do nothing but gossip and complain. Inconsistent business practices. Unrealistic job expectations. Very, very hostile work environment. Poor management. No formal training.

      Decent salary, benefits and PTO.

      Cons

      The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Training is almost non-existence, yet management expects you to do your job well with very little training. The excuse is, "well no one trained me. I had to learn it on my own." There is no communication from management, and there is definitely no work/life balance.
