Favoritism is obvious. There is a tendency to hire and promote non-skilled personnel versus promoting and treating long term colleagues respectfully. Recruiting seems to focus on hiring colleagues at the lowest rate possible. The salary is very low compared to all of the other TPAs in Columbus. There is some very unprofessional behavior. Examiners with no experience outside of their job and with no people skills are promoted. There is no consideration for new ideas because these young leaders can't think outside of their non-experienced box and seem threatened - they would prefer to talk over you than to listen. We are supposed to be paperless, but it was too different and intimidating for my manager to try. There is NO exit interview, although a survey is requested and CR states they want to verify why they are losing a long term colleague.
