      Pros

      The training process is very informative and the vacation package is very generous.

      Cons

      You will be harassed on a daily basis. This company will make any individual regret working here and be constantly looking for other opportunities. They make you long hours, sometimes mandatory overtime etc. You will be talking with a client on the phone and your supervisor will be sending you IMs and buzzing your phone so you hurry up. Zero opportunity for career growth in the Orlando Call Center office.

      General lower pay than the competition. Extremely high quality standards, production standards and client service requirements.

      PTO is great. I have no other pros.

      HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. They hold grudges and act like we are in high school. It's their way or no way. Do NOT give ideas to help better the company or you will be a target. If you have to go out on medical for a reason, I guarantee when you come back, you will get fired for any reason they can find. They will not go over any changes that occurred while you were out, they just give you work and say do it. Workload is unbelievable for a single person to do. You do the job of 3 people and then they expect you to do more on top of that. The Dublin office has the WORST management by far! Never refer a single person here!
