Pros

Great amount of PTO offered and pay rates are pretty good. Benefits are decent but could be better. Clients they take on are good size companies.

Cons

Appeared to be great employer with endless opportunities. And that they invest in their colleagues. But if you don't mind not having a life outside of work. And being burned out all the time from having to work OT all the time to stay on top of your work and others. This might be the place for you. If you have a family and value that time think twice about employment here. Money can't by time missed with your family. PTO is amazing however beware that if you take off, you will come back to a large volume of work. And here comes the rat race again! There is favoritism amongst leadership. If you don't mind the rat race they will LOVE you! If you put in a notice be prepared to be let go before your actual date of departure. They will leave make appear as if they let you go instead of you actually leaving on your own.

Pros

PTO, the work load keeps you from using it

Cons

Worst claims office I have ever worked, no support, no training, no appreciation, no work life balance, expected to work overtime and weekends and office has favorites; everyone else is left to drown.
