Pros

Paid Time Off allotment is generous however any days taken off for illness will still count against your attendance record.

Cons

Work Volume is not manageable. The schedule given does not give a clear depiction of what is required for his job. Overtime is almost always required. Management is inconsistent. Pay is barely livable.

Pros

Great benefits, medical insurance extremely affordable. They remember their work at home employees during games and activities they have at the brick and mortar centers.

Cons

Raises are only annually rather monthly bonuses when you exceed quality scores. Also open up more schedule options for a company that's 24hrs should be more options for 4/10hr shift instead of only weekends.

Pros

They pay for your licenses, that's the only good thing I can say about working here. Other than that, you'll kick yourself everyday until you resign/

Cons

Everything about working here is a con. The volume of work, the one day of training you receive, the unfriendly people, and unhelpful supervisors.
