      Good pay, really good benefits and has company activities group.

      Cons

      Extremely small, few opportunity for advance or change, management has no accountability, employees have no channels for support or recourse, Christian oriented and conservative.

      Overtime is expected Caseload constantly increases Management is not helpful when question arise and are unaware of the duties their employees are expected to have. Very little room for growth. Typically hire outside rather than promote within. Excuse after excuse from management Quick to change. Policies and practices are always changing with no input from front line employees and not clearly communicated.
