Nothing really. It's pretty awful and I'm looking for another job currently. Can't keep staff because people flee this pyramid scheme which makes it harder on everyone else. No real help from Team Leads who often have to take calls because the call volume is out of control. Angry Adjusters who don't want to answer the phone because of their astronomical case loads. Callers who are angry that can't get a call back or no one communicates with them. Clients being told 3 different things because no one knows what's going on. Might as well not even offer insurance because it's unaffordable. Now we're being forced back into the office. Pay is laughable and you can't even afford to live. Take my advice and keep looking because you will regret working here.

There is no training, heavy claims count and no raises. People are leaving in droves. They just came out with a 5k referral bonus for claims examiner postions. If they treated current examiners better there would be no need for a refferal bonus. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this company. As soon as I get something else I too will be leaving.
