Virtual work, No weekends and equipment provided.

Cons

Very stressful work and not a feeling of being a valued employee. You will be overworked per not enough employees.

Good benefits, great PTO, and paid holidays

Cons

Not enough help on the phones, meeting numbers, always saying try harder to get to .30 second customer hold time when there are 30 calls in queue. Its impossible

Pros

Hired in as York Employee. York Managers and SVP stand up group of individuals, encouraged team building, listened to their employees and great company culture. Culture changed when Sedgwick VP operations took over

Cons

Sedgwick Senior leaders unprofessional, do not take accountability for poor decisions and place blame on adjusters etc. Micromanaged, and then thrown under the bus based on poor management decisions. Do not care about the smaller clients and non dedicated. All about numbers, until a client complains and adjuster is to blame. Culture is negative and toxic with no support and or positive feedback or team building. Leaders clueless about claim process
