great technology, challenging timelines and sky is the end to your learning curve. probably company will have its presence in most cars of the future. gives sense of purpose and pride

company becoming more process oriented yet the mid level management is not up to the mark recruited quickly over a short time span has caused problems. i see this as a problem going forward
