Chance to learn heaps about machine learning, machine vision, C++ and Python, melding hardware and software across a variety of platforms. Lots of potential for company growth. Good pay by Australian standards.

Cons

Conservative, old fashioned management practices, with little emphasis on job satisfaction. Constantly changing their minds about processes and technology platforms, chronically incapable of fixing serious tech debt burden. Terrible office, poor social cohesion, stagnant teams.
