Pros

Training is great Money can be really good if you’re not afraid to climb any pitch/height roof.

Cons

Management can be harsh on you if you’re unable to access an unsafe roof. Slow in the winter time No benefits 1099

Absolutely the worst insurance and I have worked for a lot of companies. They pocket too much of the profits instead of sharing with their teams.
