Most of Management are really nice and really understanding. Great environment to work for and it was work from home.

Some of the supervisor was not too good with communication or understand there job to lead. No raise

Volume is good. No shortage of work. Opportunities for deployment. Lots of freedom

Cons

A LOT OF DRIVING. LOW profit per appointment. Poor communication. A lot of "thats your problem" in the communication. High Start up costs. You carry ALL the expense.
