When its busy, work comes to you nonstop and you reap the benefits form it.

Cons

When times are slow, you may get weeks where you don't get paid all that much. You really have to be flexible

Awesome team of smart developers to work with. Good culture and management has high respect for the engineering team and they always appreciate the hard effort that goes in. Work life balance is great. Weekly lunches and outings is a huge plus. Company is doing really well and we are seeing 2x growth in this business. Tech stack is also good and there is a lot of opportunity to solve some interesting problems. Did I forget to mention good PTO, very generous 401k match and WFH options?

Cons

None that I can think of at the moment. This company definitely takes good care of its employees. Hoping they keep it up when they continue growing.
