Certainly, the diverse experience gained from supporting a variety of accounts also calls for strong time management. That said, high pressure is something we aim to ease with manager support, training, and work/life balance. If this is an area you're still struggling with, please work with your manager and/or People Ops. (And don't forget about Ginger!) Thank you for your feedback on compensation as well. Salary transparency is really big for us. This includes benchmarking our salaries against the industry 1x/year to ensure we're competitive. We also just onboarded Payscale to benchmark our roles in real-time as the market evolves. We're super excited about this investment and our ability to deliver a competitive total compensation package to our team.

Humble, genuine people. Transparency from leadership on down to interns. Growth opportunities are everywhere. Incredible health benefits. Generous bonus offerings. Challenging work. Zero silos! If you get the chance to work for Seer, do it. You won't regret it.

Cons

Change management can be tough at times, but everyone on the team is ALWAYS willing to help when you need it. That's also just a con that's prevalent within the industry and isn't specific to Seer.
