      - excellent salary - no management and therefore ability to work as you like

      Cons

      - many employees hate the company and have no motivation at all to do a good job - no performance management - no training, no personal development programme and career progression - too many people go off sick or start grievancies against their managers or colleagues

      Pros

      I am working in logistics within Epson. The team is quite good and calm. This role is not stressful, ofc there are days with more workload, but always doable. The job is not difficult, it takes some time to learn and get used to it, but then that's it, everyone can work on their own. The salary is quite good comparing to the workload, but not too high, however I have nothing to complain about that. I am happy with my salary!

      Cons

      Since the job is not difficult, it isn't a big challenge either. Once you learn the process then you know everything what you need for your job and that's it. It can be boring after awhile. You cannot grow within the team and also difficult out of the department. There are no trainings or some kind of courses in this department, which could trigger the employees.
