      not stress, lunch allowance, 15 days leave, 15 day MC, medical insurance with SGD5.00 payment, limit dental insurance.

      few stuff to learn, and the software is classic C++ with Windows SDK

      Pros

      The company is stable. Like other Japanese MNCs, yearly compensation package and benefits are not fantastic but considered ok, better than lots of other SMEs.

      Cons

      Yearly salary Increment is rather low. People think doing OT = hardworking, but sometimes actually not. Efficiency not always appreciated
