Pay is ok the health benefits were pretty non-existent.

Cons

Management really has no clue as to what their managers are doing in the field. The company has no future; the OSOM brand specifically is antiquated testing. They keep their eyes and ears closed and head in the sand. Doesn't want to hear anything.

I worked in the production side of things with this company. They are able to churn out quite a bit of product everyday thanks to us, you always stay busy, always moving.

Cons

Not a job for a human being. Bad communication.
