Cons

There is a complete lack of leadership and tons of politics. Poor management, Lack of accountability. Favoritism. No science or technology. People with no knowledge of science or engineering leading teams. Micromanagement.

Pros

Depends entirely on your supervisor or manager. Favorites get all kinds of extras such as promotion, overtime, preferred assignments and training.

Cons

Management is almost entirely comprised of women with a bias against men, it seemed. Spanish speaking in a professional environment is fine except if part of the group is not fluent. Take credit for other's work, especially in some Technical areas where unqualified people are in their position due to nepotism or attrition. Your age can be a major disadvantage if its more than 30.

Hard working employees 401k match Base compensation is decent

Cons

Senior leadership lacks the skills necessary to run a successful business. The CEO promotes his personal friends to positions they are not qualified for. HR has gone downhill over the last year due to lack of experienced HR leaders. No cutting edge technology. Unethical behavior by key leaders. Lack of diversity. Time is wasted on leadership meetings since all planned initiatives just drop.
