      Pros

      Not really any pros. Salary used to be, but at 2% across the board, embarrassing. Some employees really care but are not recognized.

      Cons

      The administration. If not in the clich, you're worthless. If in the clich, you can take hour bkfst and an hour lunch. Ran better before Select took over. You were recognized for a job well done, not here, not now. Leadership team is a joke. Talk about the CEO behind his back to other employees. Sexual harassment happens here and upper mgmt sweeps it under the rug. HR is a joke. Didn't answer phone as scheduler, still don't as HR

      Pros

      Nothing is positive at all. It is chaos working on a environment where people don’t appreciate what you do.

      Cons

      Your days off they always are calling you because they are short of staff. Think about why this people offered 12,000 bonus is because nobody want to work there not even for the money. Management is poorly and unprofessional.

      Great experience for a new RN trying to learn a variety of critical care/med. surg skills. Pay: decent

      Cons

      Upper management (CNO) for our particular facility is constantly on vacation, never present, and purposely leaves us staffed unsafely even when we have enough nurses available. Patient load can be unmanageable and overwhelming. PTO: our manager is very strict on when we can use it. Also, if your night shift, be prepared to work every single holiday (whether it’s the morning of, or evening of).
