numbers centered-if you don't meet numbers you are pressured but you have no control of how many patients choose to make an appointment or even answer the phone once you get their referral. Employees make inappropriate comments and nobody seems to reprimand. Pay was awful. I found out I was making the same amount as someone who had no health care experience or degree in the field. I have an advanced degree and 10 years of experience. we were hired a week apart.
