Cons
Management is full of wildly incompetent people who are working against you and do not want to see you succeed. Expectations for employees are insane, nobody meets their numbers and everyone is constantly berated due to ineffective management. The people in charge want to see you fail. You are discouraged from asking your peers for help or talking to anyone at all. Training doesn’t help. You are thrown to the wolves and expected to make the best out of it. I worked here a year and it was the most miserable year of my entire life. It’s a revolving door of people who will either get fired or run away the minute something better comes along. Avoid like the plague.
