The best part of working there were the patients.
Cons
The staff is extremely unprofessional, they did not communicate, little training, and the manger would call my relitives which I find to be harassiment.

many opportunities for advancement, if you work hard and prove yourself. high stress environment due to insurance deadlines. positive environment, caring management. PTO, Hershey Park, Christmas Party, on the job training, team work, independence. great entry level position that could become a career if you work hard

pay could be higher, negative employees left unchecked. Certain employees are allowed “a pass” for being rude or non responsive.

great con ed program with excellent courses that are free except for travel expense. Great in house training programs for COMT and COS journal clubs
Cons
Poor upper management in my region at least. High productivity standards with loss quarterly bonus/ productivity bonus as seen at other clinics. 401K matching program is not good.

Positive environment of health and rehabilitation. Being a part of the team which builds people back to function after injury or surgery. Meeting many unique individuals.
Cons
Low compensation rate, given the importance, volume, and sensitivity of the information you're handling. Hodgepodge Training/ Onboarding makes for a very steep learning curve. Processes are standardized up top, but differ depending on the management you consult with. Fast pace, and center financial goals make for quick burnout, and high turnover.
