Lack of proper training Unrealistic expectations No room for growth

Low pay Lack of training No growth opportunities I would not recommend working here. There was no training. Supervisors expect you to learn everything thing on your own. Leadership and co-workers show no respect when communicating with each other. There was never a time where everyone was on the same page because there were no team meetings huddles or postings of updates. Most workdays were high stress and pressure filled. I would not recommend working here unless you want medical office experience. you will have to take some time outside of work to learn most things on your own if you don’t want to get on the phone with patients, lawyers and insurance companies without sounding dumb. Don’t expect just to do your job and go home you will be doing the job of 10 people and barely paying your bills each month.

The only con I can think of would be competitive salary. The industry is VERY hot right now and the numbers recruiters are throwing at me are significantly higher than salary here. That said, they treat me so well here and I have so much ownership that I haven't been able to really give another company a chance. I wouldnt come here if you are chasing money, but definitely come if you want refreshing leadership, to work with new and top tier tools, and the ability to truly OWN your work and be recognized for it.

Employees can use customer service training!

Low starting salary if you don't know you're supposed to negotiate more at job offers.

-underpaid -micromanaging -overworked -will give you extra work, only to not compensate you

Pretty stressful environment and work, lots of time spent on phones and reviewing outstanding accounts. Work has a high learning curve just from the mass of information you have to learn and recognize. Strict clock in and clock out times and short lunch break. Overall pretty abysmal environment, which is no fault to the employees. Nature of the work is just dry and is difficult to learn.

They dont pay that well. The micromanage you to the point of wasting your time. They give quarterly bonuses up to 3% and they constantly try to limit the amount that they give out. They purposely wait to promote you til your about to get your raise and combine them, so your raise you earned and the raise for the promotion are not separate.
