When I kept getting emails of nurses getting terminated every week, raised a red flag. Got concerned about my own job security. Low Morale for patients, money is the most important thing to this company and patients are hurting for it with deaths every month at least.

Haven't got a raise in the 2+ years I've been working here (my coworkers told me it's been 4+ since they got a raise). The CEO and other higher ups always seem to get their bonuses though, more than my yearly salary. Health benefits are very expensive. Company is focused more on productivity than quality of care.
