      Pros

      Relaxed work environment with great team players and leaders. Flexible work schedule options, work independently the majority of the time, associates are always willing to help and answer questions, great team environment, opportunity for growth but at a slow rate, bonuses for meeting cash goals and/or referring associates who get hired and stay on 90 days

      Cons

      A LOT of information to take in at fist & can be overwhelming, low pay rates for the type and amount of work we put in, can feel repetitive and exhausting at times when you can't resolve unpaid claims
