The pay doesn’t hurt either. We live in a dense hospital system city and are one of the top preforming markets, this can make work a bit competitive but in a positive manner. This company has widen my skill set and taught me about the business side of healthcare. I have had so many opportunities with this company that I never imagined I would have. This has allowed me to go further in my career than I thought I would be able to do.
