      Pros

      Good attention to employee safety--worked on making transfers and care safe. Good about ordering equipment if needed.

      Cons

      Cut your hours if census wasn't high enough. I'm sure they didn't cut the hours of the folks who were responsible for filling beds. Staffing ratios were poor. No professional development available: we don't have the census for that. Whatever.

      Management does not respect employees

      Pros

      Learning opportunities are great. Patients are complex. Often staff will pitch in and help when you have a difficult patient or assignments. Physicians are usually nice to work with and listen to your assessment depending on the clinical site. Charge nurses helped to make even assignments and tried to staff appropriately.

      Cons

      It was hard to fit in and belong at first, and people shut you out. Lots of errors that went unchecked.

      Cons

      My building hired mostly new grads and few experienced therapist. DOR pushing for inappropriate RUGS and not valuing therapist's decision. Regional manager rarely praised staff, only focused on what staff was doing wrong Limited approval of CEU's despite it bing a benefit given to employees. No yearly reviews. No raises despite other companies offering higher rates and cost of living increase. Really push productivity. Won't let you discharge patient's when it is not appropriate. New staff get limited on boarding and training. High turnover of DOR
