Decent pay rate but the health insurance is VERY expensive.

Cons

Numbers driven. Micromanagement from directors to push for high productivity. No new hire orientation and given a full caseload day one even if barely oriented to the computer / documentation. Computers frequently malfunction and make POS documentation frustrating. Emphasis on POS decreases quality patient care. Slave like working conditioning and unable to take a decent break for lunch or bathroom. Management forces new hires to work off the clock to complete orientation training courses so that the company does not have to pay for non-billable time. Manager is in your face daily and yelling at you if do not meet productivity and treats you like you are stupid if their malfunctioning computers are the reason. Unethical practices and clinicians crossing ethical lines to meet daily productivity. Typical contract therapy company. High turnover.

Exceptionally nice and helpful staff who are caring and compassionate to our medically challenging patients despite lack Of any support from local or corporate leadership

Cons

Frequently short staffed, extremely high work load, paper charting, stressful and unsafe working conditions. Management communicates very little with staff . High turnover in management and staff
