      High stress and pressure from upper management

      Pros

      Great coworkers, immediate managers are good, they are personable and understanding and helpful, nice Monday thru Friday hours with a flex start time, benefits are good and relatively inexpensive, nice corporate facilities that were just recently upgraded

      Cons

      very low pay, no overtime allowed, huge workload and extremely high expectations, upper management disconnection with lower level employees, tons of pressure on you constantly, corporate cliques, annual raises are few and don't keep up with inflation at all, quarterly bonuses for reaching goals are itemized and scrutinized to the point that half of it is taken away before you even see it, high turnover rate, people constantly in and out and replaced with more low paid people

      Pros

      Solid company that puts the customer first. If you are a franchisee your earnings are limitless, you set your own schedule and you decide which jobs you will do and which ones you will hire others to perform.

      Cons

      As a franchisee you will be exposed to the ups and downs of business. If sales drop off because everyone leaves in the summer your earnings will drop off. The buck stops with you - there are times when you absolutely have to get something done and you may have to be the person to do it.
